A Little Sweeter

Mama had to go to work today and Grandma arranged her day to take care of our angel, who woke up in a pitiful mood. She complained of having to vomit, but then passed out in my arms. Needless to say, Grandma had to come to our house until Samantha was ready to get on her feet. Once at Grandma's she got tons of snuggles and love, and PaPa brought her out for a walk. Maybe Grandparent Love + Sunshine = Happiness. When I picked her up, she was in such a good mood, bouncing around and flying like a bird.... and when Daddy got home, she was excited. Although there were complaints of her tummy here and there, overall she was doing much better!
When Grandma came for Sam, she brought all kinds of goodies. A handmade card and drawing from Nate (Grandma and PaPa), a special pink elephant and a beautiful purple crown.

As for our concerns:
I called the pediatrician again to ask about Sammie's nighttime vomiting (she vomited 3-4 times last night) and just as Grandma, my boss and another person thought, it was drainage. Since the antibiotic seemed to have been working and killing off the infection and her nose seemed to be drying up, she seems to still have a lot of mucous up in her sinuses which is gagging her at night, leading to vomiting. Dr. Lam suggested that we start the saline spray again to flush it all out. So, tonight it was back to blowing, saline, bulbing, repeat, plus the humidifier. So far, so good.
The biggest smile!!!
