The Week's Almost Over and No Post?

Teeth Cleaning Time!... and X-rays too?!
Yes, Samantha got some x-rays done today to check her pearly whites. She did  great on the tops and bottoms, but the sides are more difficult to get and after a few minutes of trying, she wasn't having it. Luckily the hygienist was very calm and asked her if she could try one more time. Samantha was calm in return, "No."

Then we went to the park for a playdate with Christan and Wendi! It was beautiful out, but quite chilly... Brrr!

A BEA-U-TI-FUL day for the park and everyone knew it! Luckily I brought the soccer ball so we didn't spend all our time on the playground. With all this soccer talk happening, Daddy and I decided we can work with Samantha on her soccer skills before she can get her head in the game and play as part of a team. She actually did really well!!! I ran with her kicking and although the ball is a little big, she kept up with it and even added a little hop to each kick. She's got some Costa Rican soccer blood *see video*

After a "dramatic" evening, Samantha decided she wanted Chick-fil-A for dinner and that's what I was going to get her to put a smile on her face. Guess who surprised us at the 'restaraunt'? DADDY!!

"No more thingy on my bed cause I'ma big girl."

Samantha is not much of a wiggle worm sleeper so we decided it's overdue to take the railing off her bed, besides it's more of a hassle to change the sheets with it on. Also, if she plans on moving to a big bed soon, it's best she roll off now from 1 foot off the floor than much higher. She's done great and only rolls off on purpose being silly ;)

... and I just have to add this picture for future embarrassing moments. It's a kids 6 long sleeve shirt that fits her like a dress. She is solely responsible for this getup! Love ya Sam!
