Shine On, Sam!

My heart ached a little this morning, because fter weeks of Samantha talking about her new friend, Laney, at school (who I ran into last week and met), I saw this morning that she got moved up to the next class since she is almost 3. Leave it to Sam to befriend an older girl. I hope the time passes fast so Sammie can catch up with her in the next class, but I know she will enjoy the friends that are left behind. I have been trying to explain it to her, but I'm not sure if she understands it... or is in denial, maybe.
