Biscuit

Walking to the mailbox, Sams started singing her name: S-A-M-A-N-T-H-A. I love that my new songs stick in her head. Now for her to learn the letters N T H. As long as she knows the letters S-A-M, we're good.
Tonight getting dressed for bed I asked her if she knew the days of the week (it has been weeks since we sang that song) and she started saying them in a sing-song way. She must have learned a new one at school! I love it!

We had to stop by the vet to pick up some medicine and Samantha always asks about Biscuit the office cat. The girls at the front desk are usually uninterested in appeasing Sam, so they always say "Oh, he's sleeping. He sleeps all day." Then they chuckle that it's funny she remembers. Hello?! My kid remembers everything! Today when Sam asked for Biscuit the front desk girl was so happy to help, she went to the back to get him and bring him to Sam to pet and play with. He is such a sweet kitty cat!

 Might I add: HOW OLD IS THIS GIRL IN THE PICTURE?!?!? My goodness, our baby has grown!
