Dinos!

Nate has been in Arkansas visiting his other Grandma and Papa and Samantha has been missing him. We thought he would be back at Grandma's today, so when we got there this morning, Samantha busted through the door calling for him. He was no where to be found, because they wound up staying another day. So, what to do when Nate's not there? Play with Daddy's old DINOSAURS!!! We've been talking about dinos and considering going to a dino park, but Grandma had the real things and pictures too! Well...

Samantha has been in a pretty foul mood lately (like the passed couple of weeks), but luckily she is snapping out of it and has been a charm to be around. She is back to her good ol' sweet & silly self with her hugs & kisses and please & thank yous and no time outs on the agenda!

 

Sam's not a big artist but when she does color or lightly draw, she says she's "making a baby". Tonight was the first time that she actually sat down and scribbled something wonderful on a page and said it was "Ali Cat". Yes, this will be going in a frame!

 New things:
~She will count to 20 with you! (13/14 by herself)
~Still getting the hang of her shapes. Rectangle throws her off.
~ She'll tell you she's two. When you ask her when she's going to be 3, she replies "October!"
