After Samantha ran off shouting she had to pee at the Christmas Program, I was a little nervous about this one, but we've been reading Berenstain Bear's
Get Stage Fright and I kept reminding her to be brave like Sister Bear. I'm not sure if it was that or the fact that she's a big girl now and loves to sing, but when she walked down the aisle and saw us, she lit up waving (and excited to see Daddy who wouldn't miss it). ~Unfortunately, my phone lost the video:( ~ But she stood tall and proud with all the other kids and sang her "ABCs" and "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" loudly. There were many other songs in Sign Language and Spanish, but all the 2's wound up poopin' out and sitting down for them. Sam sang some songs while seated and bounced up for "Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes", which she loves!
What a special and momentous day! I'm excited to have a break from school and have her start in the next age up next semester! Now, bring on busy summer-time fun!
